You are free to return any garments bought on the webshop if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
After receiving your order, you will have a period of five working days during which you can return your purchase. In order to do this you must fill out our returns form. In order for your return to be accepted, it is essential that it is returned together with its original packaging. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Once you have filled out your details, you will receive a document via email which you should keep for your records. This is an acknowledgement which you can use to follow up on the progress of your return. If you experience any problems or if you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder and if that does not resolve the problem, get in touch with us at email@example.com.
Please remember to keep in mind the details set out above. Any returns sent as collect shipments will be refused. We will refund your money onto the same payment method that you used for the original purchase within a period of no more than 15 days from the date on which we receive your return at our warehouse. Olimara Shop does not refund delivery costs associated with your return.
When exchanging for a different size, please use the comments section on the returns form to let us know what size you would like; alternatively, you can send us your measurements so that our staff can recommend the size that is best for you.
In the event that you discover a defect in your garment, please complete the returns form and we will exchange your item for an identical one free of defects. No delivery costs will be charged for your exchange and your new item will be delivered within a period of seven working day.
