All of the information which you provide to us shall be used exclusively for the purpose of processing your orders and aiding website navigation during the purchase process on our webshop, and to provide you with information about our products, special offers and news relating to this website and/or to Olimara in general. Olimara Shop guarantees that the data submitted will not be shared with third parties or companies outside of the OLIMARA S.L. Group. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Organic Law 15/99 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data. Returns in Spain and the EU

You are free to return any garments bought on the webshop if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

After receiving your order, you will have a period of five working days during which you can return your purchase. In order to do this you must fill out our returns form. In order for your return to be accepted, it is essential that it is returned together with its original packaging. Returns should be sent to the following addres:

Once you have filled out your details, you will receive a document via email which you should keep for your records. This is an acknowledgement which you can use to follow up on the progress of your return. If you experience any problems or if you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder and if that does not resolve the problem, get in touch with us at info@olimara.es.

Reasons for return

Please remember to keep in mind the details set out above. Any returns sent as collect shipments will be refused. We will refund your money onto the same payment method that you used for the original purchase within a period of no more than 15 days from the date on which we receive your return at our warehouse. Olimara Shop does not refund delivery costs associated with your return.

In the case of returns for goods which were purchased via bank transfer, please cite an account number on the returns form so that we can refund the money to your current account. Please remember to also indicate the name of the banking entity with which the account is held.

When exchanging for a different size, please use the comments section on the returns form to let us know what size you would like; alternatively, you can send us your measurements so that our staff can recommend the size that is best for you.

In the event that you discover a defect in your garment, please complete the returns form and we will exchange your item for an identical one free of defects. No delivery costs will be charged for your exchange and your new item will be delivered within a period of seven working days.
