Can I make a purchase on the Olimara webshop from any country in the world?

The Olimara webshop operates in the countries which appear on the list which you will find in the Shipping and Transport section. Olimara Shop will be available in more countries in the near future.

 

How can I pay for my purchases via the webshop?

There are currently three ways to pay for your orders: credit card payments managed by Unicaja, PayPal or via bank transfer. For more information, please check the Payment Methods section of our website.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges will be calculated based on the delivery destination that you select when completing your order.

 

How long do orders take to arrive?

The exact delivery time will depend on the destination country that you select. Orders within Spain are delivered on average within three and five days.

 

Is it safe to make purchases online?

Both Unicaja and PayPal use the best data encryption technologies available on the market, meaning you can rest assured that all information will be transmitted securely.

 

Can I exchange or return items that I buy on the Olimara Shop?

How do I register for an account?

In order to make a purchase on the Olimara Shop, you should register for an account on our system. In order to do this, click on the Register button on the top right-hand side of the screen. Complete all the fields of the registration form. Once you have done this, a verification email will be sent to your email address. Click on the link in the email to activate your account. Once you have registered your account, your details will be saved in our system and you won't need to enter them again when you make purchases in the future.

 

What do I do if I've forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click on 'forgotten your password?' and enter your email address. You will then receive an email containing your password.

 

How do I make a purchase?

Enter our webshop and select the options you are looking for: Garments, Size, Price and Colour. The system will automatically display your search results. Click on the model you want. This will open a page which describes the garment and shows you what sizes are available in each colour. Select the colour and the size that you would like. Click on 'find your size' in order to bring up our size chart. To select the item, click 'add to basket'. If you are not finished shopping, you can then continue to navigate around on the webshop. To complete your order, go into your basket and click 'buy'. Select your payment method and click on the 'order' button.

 

View your orders

Click on the 'orders' button which you will find at the top right-hand side of the page. This will bring up a list of your past orders.
